Born in Allentown, Nicole graduated from Dieruff High School, her obituary says.
Nicole went on to work as a Personal Assistant to the CEO at Globe Scientific in Mahwah before becoming the manager of Ames in Bethlehem.
Nicole most recently worked at FMI, Inc. in Catasauqua, her memorial says.
A dedicated member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Allentown, Nicole was a competitive gymnast and had been involved with Girl Scout Troop 1008.
She also held the coveted role of ‘Team Mom’ for the NAA football team.
Above all, Nicole had an endless passion for her sons, Stephen Biszek, III, Tyler Fahringer and Nicholas Fahringer.
In addition to her children, Nicole leaves behind her loving parents, Dennis and Sandra (Novogoratz) Moyer; Christine wife of Dara Diamond and Tracey Ocampo, wife of Pedro; as well as four nieces and a nephew, for whom Nicole served as the loving surrogate.
Nicole’s funeral was held at Schisler Funeral Home in Northampton on Saturday, July 23.
Donations can be made in Nicole’s memory to the American Cancer Society.
“Nicki, you surely will be missed, we have so many great memories with you,” reads one of numerous tributes on Nicole’s obituary.
